Champion Hero web got by Mr. lister's Young Horo, cham ion of England. His dam, a superior mare, was got by Young Active, the property of Mr. Thacker, of Can wick ; his sire the property of the same, which tool: the prize at the Royal Agricultural Show at Cambridge, and at a great many others. Champion Hero was bred in England, and was allowed by competent judges to be the best two-vear-old colt shown at the renowned fair, Horncastle, He was carefully selected, at enormous expense, especially for the Antipodes, and can bo safely recommended as a euro and valuable stock-gelter. Champion Hero has been travelling in Australia (through Windsor, Richmond, and the neighbourhood), and it is a fact worth}' of note that his stock are making more money than any other in the colony of New South "Wales.
