This match, which was to have been played on Wo Inrsdftr last, but on account of the unfavourable , weather, postponed to Friday, and for tho same reason again defer;ed, will bo played tliis day on tlio Domain Ground, should the weather continue fine, i-'ho heavy rain which has fallen during the past few clays, and the fine drying wind of yo:terday, has had the effect of greatly improving the ground, aud a splendid wicket can bo .selected for the game. Last season a contest between these rival clubs i was arranged, hut the match lapsed from divers circumstances that could not be over-ruled, an I disappointment has again bocn occiaioncd by repeated postponements.
