TUESDAY, APRIL 18. The subscriber has been favored instructions from Lib Honor the Superintendent to LEASE by public auction at the Land Mart, Fort-street, on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, at 12 o'clock, ALLOT MENTS ON CUSTOM HOUSE SHEET, TO BE USED AS TIMBEE WHIETES, having frontages of about FIFTY FEET to the Eiver. CONDITIONS OF LEASE OF PAUT OF CUSTOM HOUSE STREET WTTAttF The public will understand that on completion of the New Wharf from Gore-street, no shingles, paling, firewood, or timber of any kind will bo permitted to be landed on Queen-street Wharf. The Allotments to be let shall consist of portions of the Custom House Street Wharf, measuring 40 feet from East to West, and extending the whole width of the timbered platform, with, the exception of 3 feet next the outer edge, which is not to bo let, but must bo L-ept free of obstruction throughout the entire length of the Wharf. 1. No House or Office shall be crected on any Allotment nithout the written consent of tho Superintendent. _ 2. The Allotments Bhall bo üßed solely for the landing storage and delivery of Timber and Firewood, and for no other purpose, unless with tho consent in writing or by order of the Harbour Maater or Wharfinger. 3. The Harbour Master or Wharfinger may order the removal at the Lessee's expense, of all Timber, or other material so laid down as to encroach beyond the limits of the Allotment, or to interfere with the three feet passage, or of any material which may be offensive or a nuisance. 4. The Harbour Master or Wharfinger may remove at the Lefsees' expense, all goods of ouch weight M may in his opinion injuro the Wharf, and may control the stacking of Timber, so as to render the same safe. fi. The Regulations applying to Vessels at the Queen-Btreet Wharf, shall apply to all Vessels using the Custom-house-street Wharf. 6. The Tollb exigible cn Goods and Carriages of every description using the Queen-street Wharf, shall be exacted from the persons leasing thoso Allotments or using the Customhouse-street Wharf. 7. The Lessees of these Allotments may be debarred the use of the Queen-street Wharf for all Vessels, which, in the opinion of the Harbour Master, can load or discharge at such Allotments. 8.
