One of the largest sales of picked allotments that lias ever talcen place in the city of Auckland is advertised for Thursday next, the 20th inst, when Mr. David Nathan will offer for sale the whole of the freehold and leasehold properties of Messrs. M. and E. V« ood. It would be trespassing too much on our space to allude specifically to the several properties, but their description will be found, at length, occupying some three columns of our advertising space They consist of some of the most valuable properties in the city and western suburbs, and are the picked lots of the several blocks of which they form a part. The Coromandel shares are amongst the most valuable of that description of property.
