A steamer, in every respect suitable, will within a few days be at work on the harbour, and will satisfactorily Bupply a want mucli felt. There can bo no reason to doubt that a fair profit on the capital invested will be obtained. At a General Meeting of the Shareholders, held on the 23rd ulto., it was resolved to increase the Capital, by the issue of 3,000 new shares of one pound each. For those shares tho Directors are now prepared to receive applications. A separate certificate, easily transferable, will be issued for each shave, which will be handed to the applicant, immediately on receipt of tho value of the shares applied for. The object of this fresh issue of shares is as generalls , as possible to enlist theinterest of the public in the success of the undertaking.
