A LL tlioso Men of the Ist and 2nd class Ist BatJ\_ talicn Auckland Militia, whose periods of exemption has expired, are required to attend and receive their Arms and Accoutrements at 7 o'clock, a.m., in tho Albert Barracks, on tho daye of parade, viz., Ist of May, let class, and 2nd of May for tho 2nd claßß. At the same timo it is notified for the information of the Militia and Volunteer Force, that no exemptions aro recognised, except thoso granted by tho Medical Board as totally unfit for Militia service— ! and all men not medically exempt by the aaid Board are warned to bo present on tho parades. NOTICE is hereby given, that in consequence of alteration of tho eands at tho entrance of the Waikato Biver, the Channel over the Bar hsi shifted further to the Southward, tho direction for crossing the Bar being altered accordingly, viz. : — Two White Crosses (or beacons) have been erected a short distance inside the North Head, 'ifhich kept in one bearing !N.E. (magnetic) will lend over the liar, and when the largo white beacons are brought in line, follow the old direction up to tho anchorage. 11 afters ot vessels are rtquested to pay particular attention to any signal that may be> made from the Flagstaff, and'keep the lead goirjg .
