TENDERS will be received at this office until noon of WEDNESDAY, the 25th November instant, from persons willing to CONTRACT for ERADICATING all NOXIOUS THISTLES growing upon any Waste Lands of the Crown, and on any public road or reserve within ono or both of the sub-dif triets hereinafter described, for the term of seven months, ending 30th J line, 1861. Boundaries: On the North, the summit of the mountain range from Par-kauri to the source of the west branch of the Mat«kana river; on the East, the west branch of the Matakaua river, and the Matakana liarbour to the sea, aud the sea; ou the South, the native land on the south head of Maliurungi harbour, the native land on the Puka Pnka, the source of the Puka Puka creek or stream, and southern boundary of tho parish of Ahuroa; aud on the West by the Onehunga stream to Par-kauri, inclusive of lot No. 1-4 of the parish of Kowawhcro. WAIWEBA. Boundaries : Oil the North, tho Puka Puka and the Ahuroa block ; on the West, a line direct from the south-west angle of the Ahuroa block to the Hat topped mountain and the Waitoki stream to the Great North road on the south-east, tho Great North road and the southern boundary of the Parakakau block and the Wainui block to the Orewa river; and ou the East, the sea.
