POLICE COURT. —TUESDAY.
[Before Thos. Beckham, Es'i-, R.M.I ASSAULT. John Wallace was charged by John Adcanc, with assaulting him on the 20lh inst. The defendant also preferred a charge of assault against prosecutor. Evidence having been hoard on both case*, tho charges were withdrawn. IIKATIC. John Henry G-oodacre was committed to the Lunatic Asylum on the evidence of Dra. Bond and Hooper, DUDXKIiNSESS. One drunkard was lined 55., or 21 lioub's imprisonment.
