Important sale of Country Land. MESSRS. BETHUNE and HUKfTER are instructed by the proprietor, to sell by Auction, at the Exchange, Te Aro, on Tuesday the 23rd. April, current, at 1 o'clock. The whole of that valuable section of land in the , HAPPY VALLEY, numbered 22 on the Surveyor Generals plan OHIRO DISTRICT, now in the occupation of the owner Mr. Reid, About 20 acres are cleared, under crop, and ready to receive crop. A SUBSTANTIAL STONE HOUSE, •with out-houses, has been erected, and the garden is well stocked with fruit trees. A cart road is nearly completed, to join the Wellington road.
