OIL.
Oil casks cannot fail to be very scarce in New Zealand next year, as they are essential to a successful season. We would suggest the wisdom of all shippers to this market packing all the goods they ppssibly can in the very best made London oil casks. Such casks will meet a market, while though casks may be needed, the fear of loss from leakage, which is often very great even where every precaution is taken, would prevent the sale of inferior casks.
