Kate Campion, .sister of the old Pollard favourite, Gertie, hae made good as a singer at Home. Latest advices are that, the talented young Auoklander has received an important engagement with the H. B. Phillips Grand Opera Company. Miss Campion was singing leading soprano roles at Liverpool in a number of favourite operas—"ll Trovatore," "Faust" and others—winning warm praise for the quality of her voice and her sense of dramatic values. It was the famous Calve who first forecasted Miss Kate Campion's possibilities.
