Sydney, March 6.—Announcing itself to be a revolutionary organisation with the object or overthrowing the c apitalistic system, the Social Democratic League has issued a manifesto boldly declaring its aims to be identical with those of the Bolshevik movement in Russia and the Spartacusians in Germany, for the emancipation from serfdom and wa<*e slavery of the producing classes of all nations.—Press Assn.
