Messrs. Tregear and Fitzgerald Win at the Post. THE final result of the poll ; for the .- election of City Councillors somewhat changed the • result as announced when we went to press a week ago. Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trevor come out ; Mr. Tregear and Mr. Fitzgerald go irt. As to that, few words are needed. The outgoers are men of ripe age. who have had a good run. The incomers are men of quality. . Of Mr. Tregear we . .spoke last week. A man of admirable character, unblemished integrity, and high . intellectual attainment. His general usefulness is such that wc are very !glad to see him where he is. .Mr. JTitzgerald is young, enthusiastic, intelligent, and straight. To him also, a welcome's ■due. ■."> .
