To-morrow (Saturday) -this club will hold the second day's racing of theii March meeting, when, given good we*> tiher conditions, there should be a very large attendance. Every succeeding event at Miramar finds augmented numbers, testifying to the excellence of the sport provided. On Saturday last the officials once again gave ample demonstration that they have set themselves definitely against anything like irregularity in the conduct of races Attempts to hoodwink the public meet with uncommonly short shrift at Miramar, and three disqualifications were effected last Saturday. IThis summary method of dealing with "smart work" inspires confidence in the sporting public, and ensures success to the promoters of Miramar racing. Apart from the incidents referred to, the racing last week was attractive and interesting from every point of view. Th« usual facilities for patrons are notified for Saturday (to-morrow).
