BANKERS : THE BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES SOLICITORS • MESSRS. CHAPMAN AND TRIPP. BROKERS TURNBULL, WATKINS, AND WILLIAMS, Wellington, J. MARTIN HUME, WELLINGTON. SECRETARY: O. S. WATKINS. The Company is being formed to acquire and work certain lime deposits at Mauriceville, piincipally those now leased and owned by Thomas Freeman Bienchley and Jessie Hope Bienchley, of that place The pioperty is immediately alongside the Mauriceville Railway Station, and with careful and expert management, and with the addition of a railway siding (only some 100 yards in length) light up to the kiln's mouth, the cost of production should be reduced to as low, if not a much lower cost than anything of the kind pioduced in the colony. The limestone is immediately above the kilns, and the kilns aie within a stone's throw of the Government Railway Station. Mr. Palliser is of opinion that this brown lime is of infinitely greater value than any produced in the district. This opinion is also held locally and by experts in town, who consider that this brown or grey lime is by far the stionger of the two for building purposes, and the piice at which it can be pioduced must foice it into the maiket. Any further information, also prospectuses, may be obtained at the offices of the Brokers.
