All the columns and particulars required in tbe Tender must bo properly filled in, the date when tbe ship will be ready for survey, to receive passengers, and to proceed to sea. The ships to be sailed in conformity with Admiralty Regulations, a copy of which, with the scale of victualling, quality of provisions, and every information regarding the fitting of the ship, will bo furnished on application at tbe above Office. Agents arc at liberty to tender vessels not in harbour, but which will arrive in time to be cleared and fitted for the Service. 'I he lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
