All the columns and particulars required in the Tender must be properly filled in, the date when the ship will be ready for survey, to receive passengers, and to proceed to sea. The ships to be sailed in conformity with Admiralty Regulations, a copy of which, with the scale of victualling, snip, will be furnished on application at the above Office. Agents are at liberty to tender vessels not in harbour, but which will arrive in time to be cleared and fitted for the Service. 'I he lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
