WAITEMATA STEAM FERRY COMPANY.
A meeting of the shareholders of the Waitemata Steam Perry Company’ was held on Thursday’, at 3’30 instead of 3 o’clock, at the Chamber of Commerce rooms, Mr. Allan O’Neill in the chair, when it was resolved that the Company’ should be at once formed, in accordance with the terras of the prospectus, aud registered under the Joint Stock Companies Act. The following gentlemen were appointed a committee to represent the shareholders, and carry' on the objects of the Company:—Messrs. David Graham, Henry Nicol, Knapp, Allan O’Neill, John Holmes, and Dr. Fischer. Less than one-fourth of the capital of the Company’ remains to be subscribed.
