The contractor will have to remove the manure weekly, or otherwise, as required by the Director Transport Corps, or person appointed by him, and to his satisfaction, Tenders to state the rate per month proposed to he paid for the manure, which payments must be made monthly to the Barrack-master in advance; payment lor the month of November to he made on the receipt of the notice of acceptance of the tender. Printed forms of tender and any further information may be obtained on application at this office. The contract may be terminated by either party giving one month’s notice in writing to that effect; such notice to be given only on the Ist day of a month. 11. STANLEY JONES, Dep.-Com. General.
