April, 22, 1861. is hereby given that Richard Hudson, of S Meadowbunk, near Onehnnga, in the Province of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand, did by Deed bearing date the 16th March, 18(11, grant, convey, and assign unto Samuel Cochrane, of the City of Auckland, in the said Province and Colony, Auctioneer, all the Estate and Effects of him the said Richard Hudson, upon the trusts therein mentioned for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Richard Hudson; and that the said Deed was duly executed and now lies at the office of Mr. R. W. YVynn, at Frazer's Buildings, Shortland-Strcet, Auckland aforesaid, for the perusal and execution by the Creditors of the said Richard Hudson, and who will be excluded from all benefit under the said Deed unless they execute the same on or before the Ist day of May next.
