Stß,—Who did Lord Grey allude to in the following extract ? " Their (the Directors of the Isew Zealand Company) real fault was, that they had shown themselves deficient in worldly wisdom and prudence in too readily adopting the plausible schemes of a projector, clever indeed, but whose cleverness was not accompanied by other qualifications equally necessary with cleverness to render him a trustworthy guide.
