MR. J. NEWMAN begs to offer his services to the Public as an AUCTIONEER & GENERAL AGENT, directing his attention particularly to the Sale of Cattle, Horsfs, and other Live Stock; From his long experience in farming, he hopes, in this department at least, to be able to take the lead of his cotemporaries. He will also hold a Monthly Sale at the Cattle Market of the Hundred of Auckland, Epsom Road, on the second Tuesday of every Month, and a Sale of Horses on the first Saturday of every Month in Town. Fat Stock can be kept at fixed charges in hii Remuera Paddock, within a mile and a half of the Public Slaughter House, and sold by private contract to the Butchers. To shippers from, feydney, and parties in the interior, this will be a great advantage.

AS LAND AGENT.
