DAIRY FAKMS AT EPSOM. TO BE LET, for one or more years— Two GRASS PADDOCKS, of Twenty-five Acres each, situaed between the residence of Captain Powditch, ane that of Mr. Patrick Donovan. The Pasturage is indisputably the test in the colony. One Hundred and three tons of Hay has been safely stacked off the two Farms in December last, and the present tenant has been in receipt of five pounds a week for depasturing stock for a period of nine months of the year. This valuable property will be now leased to a solvent tenant on'very moderate terms and possession given on the 6th of next month. Apply to the Owner, James Simms. 6th March, 1851.
