ONE POUND REWARD,
"WHEREAS, a Bay MARE, with black ** points, broke her tether on Monday last, and strayed away from a spot near the Burying ground ; this is to give notice that the above reward will be paid to any one who finds, and restores her to either of the parties hereinafter mentioned •• Mr. Joseph Newman, Remuera, Mr, Samuel Clarke, Wymondby, Mr. T. S. Forsaith, Shortland-street. The Mare has a white nose, is branded S on the near shoulder, and is about six years old. A reward of Ten Shillings will be paid to any one giving such information as to where she is running, to either of the above named parties, as will lead to her recovery. v Auckland, August 9th, 1849.
