[From the Sydney Herald, March 20 ] The Emperor of China has made nn excellent paigage of one hundred and four days from the Downs, and tlio Royal Siixon of one hundred »nd five from Plymouth. The former is the Poit office packet fir .Apiil (the March packet having sailed twelve days before her), and brings a large, mail consisting of sixteen bags, the URual f'w The Royal Saxon has on bouril two hundred and forty one emigrants, of whom one hundred and seventy {our arc adults, forty nine children from one to fouiteen yeais of nge, and eighteen infants. The Surgeon-Fuperintendanl (Dr. Giant,) died on the 28th June, from exhaustion cm used by erysipelas—and one adult emigrant and tlneo children also died on the passage. The Palmyra was to sail from Plymouth for Port Phillip, with emigrants on the 12lb, and the Cornwall on the 25th April. The Sultana and linion were to nail from London for PortPh'Uip übout the Gth, and the Sarah Trotman, 450 tons, Bunvn, on the 20th April. The llarpley, Bucklatid, was to Bftil from Plymouth for Adelauie with emigrants, on the 10th May. The Symmetiy, Koyal George and Abberton, were laid on at London, for the same port, with merchandize. The Clara, 350 tons, Grow, was to suit for Auckland and Well'ngton, early in May. The Chaleo, 350 tons, Brown, was advertised for llobart Town. The Hope, from New Zealand for London, put into Vigo, on the 14th Mdnh, in a crippled state and making much water. The Chinese junk Keying, arrived at London from New York, on the 27th Murch, and created great curio-ity.
