Town Lands for Sale. CONNELL # RIDINGS HAVE received instructions to offer for Sale by Piivate Contract, Five Building Allotments in Victoria-street, within a few paces of Queen-street, and the Court House. Eight building allotments in Chapel Square and Ilobson-street. Two al'otments of half an acre each, in Freeman's Bay, immediately over the beach. Two Farms on the North bhore, within three miles of Auckland, containing respectively 45 acres and 1 1 0 acres, at 6s. per acre ; and a Farm in the parish of Karaka, containing IGO acres, at 3i. per acre.
