THE CONTRACTORS for the undermentioned Articles, having given the stipulated notice, for the termination of their Agreements, en the 30th September next, Tenders for the Supply of Bread Flour Biscuit Mould and Dip Candles from Ist October, 1846, to 31st March, 1847, j inclusive, will be received at this Office until < noon of Tuesday the Ist September. The Conditions of Supply and the Agreement to be entered into, will be precisely the same, as those specified in the Commissariat "Advertisement, inviting Tenders for Annual Contracts, in the New Zealander Newspaper, of the 14th February, 1846. The Tenders must be in Duplicate, and endorsed " Tender for Bills," and must express distinctly the amount in British Specie that will be allowed for each One Hundred Pounds in Bills.
