"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that J-» under and by virtue of an Award, made in pursuance of a submission to arbitration, and dated 30th day «f May last past, Philip Skillicorn is the only person authorised to receive the Bqok Debts due to the above firm. And it is requested that parties, to whom the said firm was indebted will send in their accounts to Mr. Woolly, at Brown and Campbells, on or before Saturday, the 27th day of June instant, for examination and settlement. And all persons indebted to the said Firm are requested to discharge their accounts forthwith. H. LITTLEWOOD, Solicitor for the said Philip Skillicorn, Dated this 15th day of June, 1846.
