PLANT OF GELIGNITE.
TOBACCONIST'S UNPLEASANT FIND. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 10. When sorting rubbish in the back yard of his shop in Manners street today, Mr Perry, a tobacconist, discovered a large jar containing three pounds of gelignite. No detonators were found. The gelignite could only have been there a few days, and had it been exploded, considerable damage must have resulted,
