' The 'Amsterdam, correspondent of the Daily Express says that the Kaiser las dismissed his shipping adviser (Hcrr -Ai ; bert Ballin), for doctoring that thft Government followed the Kaiser into bankruptcy and ruin. The announcement caused b sans&tion in Germany. Although Hcrr Ballin' alone is able to reorganise the shipping, he intends residing abroad.
