CHARGED WITH FRAUD.
POUR 1 MEN BEFORE Tp COURT. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, September 7. The hearing waif , resumed to-day in the Magistrate's Court of the charges against Fraser, Hodges, Fitzgerald, and McWilliams in connection with betting transactions. At the close of the case for the Crown Fraser pleaded-not guilty and was committed for trial,. ■The information against Hodges was dismissed, nnd as Fitzgerald mid McWilliams decided to tender evidence the cases of these two were adjourned till Tuesday.
