SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Pres3 Association,} • •WELLINGTON, July 23, The following is Mr F V. Pcmberton's weather summary and forecast:— Unsettled and gloomy weather has been experienced, and rain has fallen in. '.most parts of the Dominion. The atmospheric pressure has been unsteady, and moderate to strong westerly and southerly winds have predominated. Present indications are for. strong southerly winds, nnd a rising barometer everywhere." Expect cold and showery weather generally, but conditions are likely to improve shortly.
