HIGH PRAISE FROM ALBANY, './, WELLINGTON, July 20.( In the House of Representatives this afternoon Sir Jnmes Allen read the Mlowing letter from the Mayor of Albany: "1 have the honour by the direction of the Albany Municipal,', Council to place on record their appreciation of the excellent conduct of the New Zealand troops passing through our port. Thousands of your brave fellows have passed through our port, and without exception their behaviour has been everything >that could be desired. When yon consider the numbers it is a marvcHoiia record for any troops to have. The citizens are always proud and happy to welcome the New Zealanders."
