' . The Minister (Hon. G. W. Russeil), in reply, saufHhat everything that could be done was being done by the Government with a view to [relieving the sufferings of these unfortunate men. The best medical skill was being employed; and the most modern methods were being applied. It'was certainly encouraging to find that out of the 10,000 men' who had returned. thorc were only nineteen still suffering so.severely from shell shock as to require, dcteniioii in mental hospitals.. .;
