Cloudy- and unsettled weather has l.ecn reported ill the western amNorthern districts. Strong northerly winds have prevailed, but with de- • creasing- force, /except in the north. • Trescnt indications are for strong and variable winds northwards of Kawliia and East- Cape, and increasing northerlies to westerlies elsewhere. Expect dull and misty weather, with heavy rain in many parts, and snow on the high levels, The barometer is unsteady.
