TO-DAY'S SPORTS.

BUQBY UNION FOOTBALL COMPETITION. The Rugby Union's junior ling competition will be continued this afternoon, when the first matches in the second round will be played. The Athletic meet the Telegraph Gallery team at 1.15 p.m.'at King George's Park. Old Boys and Excelsior will then try conclusions on the same ground, commencing play at N 3 p.m. At .1 p.m. on the School grounds High School A will meet High School, B team, Owing to their recent, strenuous contests, several of the School players are at present incapacitated, and it is expected only scratch teams will be able to play, As the teams are only to be selected this morning, the list of players was not available for "To-day's sports" column, In the primary schools competition .North School will meet South .School on Tokaro Park at 3.15 p.m. Following arc the teams:—
