WAR RELIEF ASSOCIATION RESOLUTION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 12. The War Relief Association passed a resolution: "That this meting of the executive of the-War Relief Association, Wellington, resolves that, in the interest of national efficiency, it is-im-peratively necessary that there should be an immediate curtailment in the sale of alcoholic liquor, and to that end decides to, add to the various resolu; tions made to Parliament its strongest exhortation to confine the sale of liquor to the hours between 8 am and (i p.m.''
