A cable message from Sydney says that the Daily Telegraph's Melbourne correspondent states that Dr. Oilruth. has been re-appointed Administrator of the Northern Territory.

He left Xew Zealand for Egypt with the Third Rifle Brigade in January, 1016. While in Egypt he met three of his brothers who had preceded, him in enlisting. From Egypt he went to England, where for a time he was on the Staff at Sling Camp.
