POSTAL REGULATIONS. INFORMATION FOR SENDEES, n Tho Postmaster-General advises tuat the rates of postage on parcels addressed to soldiers and nurses of British, New Zealand, Australian, or other colonial or allied troops on, act!vo service in England,- Egypt, Flanders, France, and Mesopotamia or ..any other part of the world are as follows:—' •• Not exceeding.3lb ..Is., Not exceeding 71b .. .... 2s. The maximum weight is 71b.

These rates also apply to parcels addressed.to. New. Zealand sailors on board any warship manned by a New Zealand crow.
