TRAINING CAMP STAFFS.

THEIR POSITION DEFINED,

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 10. The names of the officers and men of the training and camp staffs are no;, excluded from the ballot, and if any are drawn whose services cannot be ppared they will have to be appealed fcr.
