Mr Win. Kininmont, Incholme, has been appointed a Justice of the Peace, and lias Liken the customary .oaths before Mr J, R. Bartholomew, S.M.

Atkinson,, had been wounded in France and had been admitted to the Walton-on-Thaines Hospital on June 20th, suffering, from a hunshot wound in the right hand.
