POSTAL REGULATIONS. INFORMATION FOR SENDEES. The Postmaster-General advises that the rales of postage ou parcels addressed to soldiers and nuises of British, New Zealand, Australian, or other colonial or allied troops on active service in Englaud, Egypt, Flanders, France, and Mesopotamia or any other part of the world are as follows:Not exceeding 310 i 3, Not exceeding 71b 2s. Tlio maximum weight is 71b. These rates also apply to parcels addressed to Now Zealand sailors on board any warship manned by a New Zealand irew.
