The -National Bank' of New Zealand has received a cable message advising ( that it is proposed to declare a dividend \pf. six per cent, for the half-year and v a bonus to shareholders of one.per cent, on paid-up capital, equalling thirteen per cent, for the year ended 31st March, * The sum of £15,000 has been added to the reserve fund, which now standi! at £715,000, and £42,700 has been carried forward, •The directors have further allocated £20,000 in_ reduction of/'the bank premises account and granted a bonus of ■' £BSOO to the staff. .. jy^Jjjjg
