' NO ELECTION AT LAWRENCE.. .. LAWRENCE, April 18. Benjamip Winn was elected Mayor of Lawrence to-day without opposition. . There is no change in the personnel of~ the council, as the retiring Mayor ■ (Mr James B. McKinlay) takes 'the councillorship vacated by Mr Winn's election to the mayoralty. WEST COAST MAYORALTIES.
