An order lias been issued further restricting the quantities of wheat, flour and sugar used for pastry and cakes. The Controller pays yesterday's market prices for the commandeered butter.

A\meeting of members of the tradedecided that it was impossible to fix values for the Various grades. It waa .suggested that,,a fair all round price would be 180s for Victorian, 184 for New South' "Wales, '.Queensland and South Australian. '
