DOUBLE DROWNING FATALITY.

SAD TRAGEDY AT KELSO. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, December 29. Advice. was received to-night of a double drowning fatality at Kelso; A girl named Moyle, sixteen years of age, from Invereargill, was accompanied, in-to-the water by Maggie Shaw, a young woman, residing in Kelso. The former was trying to see how long she could remain under water, and must have slid into deep water, dragging Miss Shaw with her. The bodies were recovered half an hour later, some distance down the stream.
