QUESTION OF REQUISITIONING. (Per Press Association.) CIIRISTCHURCH, November 13. At n meeting of the overseas anil local wool-buyers held to-day to consider the wool situation, it was decided that all the wool-buyers leave for Wellington to-night and hold a meeting on arrival, so as to be able to consult collectively upon the position, and decide upon the views to be put before the Conference.
LONDON PRICES: . The Bank of Zealand lias received the following cable from its London oflicc: "London wool sales closed with a very strong market. Compared with closing rates of last sales, merinos are fully ten per cent., greasy crossbred, slipes 74 to 10 per cent,, and greasy ci'ossbreds lambs 3 per cent dearer. Current prices are: Crossbreds, coarse Is 7d to Is 74d, medium Is 8d to Is od, line Is 104(1 to Is HM; merinos, inferior Is did to Is 7-ld, superior 2s ,'{4 d; half bred 2s to 2s Id."
