FRESH AIR.

ADDINGTON WORKSHOPS INQUIRY. GAS FUMES NOT INJURIOUS. (Per Press Association.) • CTTRISTCnURCIT, November 10. Owing to complaints that the air in the Arlington Workshops was injurious to the employees, due, it was alleged, to the escape of fumes of gas from the suction plant, the Railway Department ordered an inquiry. Medical experts reported that the air was not injurious, and the report of Professor Bickcrton bore out that view. He says the air could not cause harm to anybody. No trace of producer gas was found in the air, either within or without the workshops.
