The Austrians are interning all the male Serbs over fifteen years of age, with the obvious design of preventing the race increasing. The Bulgarians are taking similar measures. The Austrian concentration camps are crowded with males of all ages. The healthy are mixed with the diseased. M, Milkitch, a well-known Serbian author, estimates that , during the war period one million Serbian men, women and children have perished.
