DAMAGES AWARDED; (Per Press Association,) NEW PLYMOUTH,' Sept. fi. In the Supreme' Court, before Mr Jiisticq Edwards and a jury'of twelve, Hilda Simons claimed £5Ol damages from the Taranaki 1 County Council on account- of injuries received in a motor car accident on a road within the Council's jnrikdiction, plaintiff averring that the Council was negligent.. After two days' hearing, the jury unanimously returned a verdict, for the full amount claimed. 7
